Product library

Everything reconciles
See invoiced vs. packed quantities per item. The declaration's packages, weights and totals come from the same data as the invoice and packing list.
FOB / CIF / C&F
Per-line freight and insurance by trade term. The invoice lists them line by line and the declared unit price includes them, so all three documents agree.
English or bilingual
Choose plain English or Chinese-English for each invoice and packing list; the customs declaration and elements are in Chinese as customs requires.
PDF, Excel, merged
Export each document as PDF or Excel with real numbers, or merge the whole set into a single PDF for your broker.
Local data only
Shipments, address book and product library live in a local database. Back up everything to one zip, or share a single shipment with a colleague.
